1904

Fred R. Moore purchased the Colored American Magazine from the Colored Co-operative Publishing Company in the spring of 1904.  The Colored Co-operative suspended its charter, and Moore relocated the magazine to New York City in the fall.  Agents lists would continue to be printed in the magazine until July.  The number of agents would increase from 79 in December 1903 to 86 in July 1904.
